How Do You Know Working with an Interior Designer is Right for You?

When starting a renovation, the first steps are to set your budget and understand your vision. Once that is done, evaluate the amount of time, energy, and personal effort you can put into the project.

This is when you decide if a designer is right for you. We, as designers, take your vision and bring it to life so you can take a step back and let the stress and thoughts of decisions sit on our shoulders.

1.) Do You Have a Broad Plan & Open Expectations?

What is your project's plan? Having open expectations helps you reach the end of your project more efficiently. When hiring a designer, your broad idea for the space allows us to insert the creativity that you are looking for.

At Interiors by Between the Seams, we want to get to know you personally. This way, your space is specifically designed for you and your lifestyle. Remember, keep an open mind.

2. Are you Prepared for the Timeline?

Everyone has completed a project or several projects in our spaces. DIY is excellent, but how often have you questioned your decision to turn around and go in a different direction?

When working with Interiors by BTS, we aim to develop a comprehensive plan and ensure your vision is flawless before proceeding with the order. This keeps added costs and last-minute changes to plans to a minimum. This may also extend the timeline by 2 to 3 months; however, we are confident that you will be delighted with the cohesive style and the comfort the space brings you.

3.) Do You Love to Trust Professionals & Collaborate?

If you are a creative bug, it is okay to become your own project manager. In this scenario, we are willing to build a consultation account and guide you through decisions to help you achieve the end goal. This method will be less hands-on from Interiors by BTS, but we are always a phone call away.

Hiring the Right Designer

We strive to alleviate project stress for our clients and provide an all-in-one experience. We do everything from floors and paint to window treatments, lighting, and furniture. Until next time,
Dawne
